Refundable damage deposit

Security officer

Billed at cost, no markup — the same rate The Marq charges. One officer per 100 guests, required at 100+ guests or any event serving alcohol.
Proof of insurance

Your policy must carry at least $1M per occurrence and $2M aggregate in commercial general liability, include host liquor liability if alcohol is served, and name the venue as additional insured. Costs nothing if you’re already covered. If not, one‑off event policies are widely available online — price depends on your guest count, event type, and whether there’s a bar. We don’t sell insurance and take nothing from it.
